Functional training specialist, Tim, draws on global industry experience and an extensive list of qualifications to train, coach and mentor his clients to achieve high levels of fitness, function and health.

Tim is very passionate about helping people to achieve their goals and since 2006 has been committed to creating positive changes in the lifestyle of his clients. He utilises innovative, simple and effective coaching techniques, coupled with specifically designed programs to get the job done. Tim invests heavily in his own training, which in turn allows him to invest heavily in yours! Tim constantly strives for excellence for both himself and you!

Having completed a course in Advanced Functional Training as well as a number of certifications on various functional training apparatus, means that he has a great understanding of the principles of function and biomechanics. This allows him to train clients for both sports specific or rehabilitation goals.

Tim also has a military background and hence can provide boot camp style training. He is tough when required and will push a client to achieve their best, yet balances this with a great sense of humour, empathy and creativity to deliver a challenging, varied and fun session.

3-Steps to achieving Excellent Results through Personal Training

Step 1 - Homework

Luke provides a holistic training experience which starts with a short series of e-questionnaires that must be completed and returned prior to your first session. These questionnaires seek to understand aspects of your nutrition and lifestyle, as well as establishing your metabolic type.

This will help to lay the foundation for a healthy eating regime.

Step 2 - Session 1 - Ground Work

Session 1 will largely be used to establish your current fitness levels and state of health. We may have to complete all or at least some of the assessments outlined below.

Please note that these are your sessions and the last thing I want is for you to feel uncomfortable. You have a license to decline any of the assessments if you wish not to do them.

Onwards and Upwards

You will now have had the chance to experience a full training session as well as getting a flavour for the holistic nature of my training style and the potential of what can be achieved. At this stage I would hope that you are in a position to knuckle down to some hard (enjoyable) work over the coming weeks and months. Sessions need to be booked in blocks and will include regular reviews to chart your progress, keeping abreast of your body’s changes and adaptations to your new exercise and nutrition regime. You will also have the option of email or telephone support as I will do all I can to make your quest for health and fitness as quick, easy and painless as possible.
