The personal training programmes are all designed from scratch and tailored uniquely for every person and they are based on progressing you towards your goals at all times. We often demonstrate your results using video clips of your before and after achievements to give you pride in your accomplishments. The trainer becomes your ally and friend and it is difficult to assess who is most proud at each goal achieved – you or your trainer.
Your personal trainer is there to ensure you succeed whatever your goal. Your personally tailored and constantly updated programme will help you to achieve whatever you want from simple weight loss to optimal sporting performance. The continual support, motivation, challenge and knowledge your Personal Trainer equips you with ensures you get the most out of every session. Look around you in a gym and see trainers repeating the same sessions or copying other trainers exercises repetitively. We don’t believe in this, nor do we practice it. Nor will we pander to the client if we believe that you want to exercise in a way that will not deliver results. We will discuss it and point out why you will not achieve your goals and redirect you to something appropriate. We truly believe no two clients are the same and hence your sessions shouldn’t be either. The programmes are personal, tailored to guarantee your desired results and derived from years of experience. Single exercises might be seen across clients due to them being highly effective / beneficial yet your mix and programme will be as unique as you.
Your workouts with your trainer could involve anything from weights, working with the sled, suspension training, boxing, cycling , abdominal exercises etc. Don’t worry as your personal trainer will never ask you to do something you are not capable of although some of it will definitely be challenging. You will be totally amazed at what you are actually capable of doing with your trainers expert guidance and help.

Our belief is that a highly rewarded trainer is one that is motivated and driven to invest in their training and yours. Trainers who care about their own levels of qualification and training are key to caring about yours. Their full commitment to you is rewarded both financially and through them sharing in the glow of your success. The enhanced financial aspect also means that your trainer is able to do hours that are appropriate and never be too tired to fully invest themselves in training you. All our personal trainers also regularly attend masterclasses, workshops and specialist training courses to further their own training and maintain pace with the constantly evolving techniques and ideas. This generates new challenges for you and wildly enthusiastic trainers who bring you real results in a safe and effective way.
We only do personal training and a single class with a maximum of 6 people at any one time so you get loads of room to train and great access to equipment.
The client experience is crucial to us and hence the studio is operated on the basis of ensuring you get a quality experience by us limiting the number of trainers allowed to work at the studio. We do not accept any part time trainers as a number of clients train before work, lunch times and evenings and hence these periods would get over busy if a mix of part time and full time trainers are engaged. This principle provides you with the space and freedom to work with your trainer without having to queue for equipment or compromise the quality of the workout through space restrictions.
Equipment you have probably never used but which is so effective – a sled you can drag, push or use in tug of war style, suspension training, Bulgarian bags alongside the traditional. We can train you for those specific goals, be they weight loss, sports specific, toning, injury rehabilitation and so on.
You are unique, both in terms of what programme is best for you, where you are in terms of health and fitness, what skills and specialisms you have, what you want to achieve and how you are motivated. Hence every single programme and session is tailored to your success and enjoyment.

One of the most important qualities of a personal trainer is to be able to motivate their clients. IgnitePT trainers are experts in motivation. They respect you as an individual and work out what makes you tick so that they know how to make you work. Some people respond well to gentle encouragement, some competitive stimulation, some need a mighty verbal push etc. The trainers are tuned into their clients and know exactly how to get the best from you, often changing tactics so the nudges to work harder or push through the tough bits never gets stale or anticipated.
The concept of classes alongside personal training is to create training that is available to all regardless of your finances. We have no membership fees, no joining fees, no minimum commitments although we do recommend to each person a number of sessions commensurate with their goals or the aims of the classes. We want to make a difference to your life and ensure you get the results you deserve. The more you exercise the more fat you burn the more your body tones up and the fitter you become. With the right exercises and our programmes / guidance you will also increase your metabolism allowing the fat burn to continue outside of the sessions if this is your goal.
Our personal training is with elite quality trainers but is not at an elitist price. We do this by taking only a small proportion of the fee we charge into the studio and hence the trainer can charge you less and still have sufficient finances to keep their own training at peak level.
Training sessions cost between £50 to £60 per session depending on how many sessions are booked and trainer chosen. Promotional offer of 2 sessions for £60 inclusive for New Clients with no obligation to continue post promotional pack.

Personal Training is available with any of our team and we can assist you to select the right trainer for your goals and fitness level, ensuring you have a great rapport and experience on your trip to getting fit and toned. If you want to change trainers it’s not an issue as we operate as a team and want the best for you. Similarly if you want to work with a mix of trainers we can arrange that also. Most trainers have particular specialisms and we can match you with the trainer (s) who are able to deliver the optimum results for you.
Also included in the personal training session is free nutrition and weight management advice should you require this. We treat you in a holistic way and can work with you on a healthy living goal alongside the training. It is surprising how many people struggle with nutrition and eating/drinking appropriately and all our trainers are well versed in assisting with this.
Our care extends well beyond your sessions and your trainer will provide you with the assistance and support you want at the time you need it.
